How to find us
By Bus
From The Shires Shopping Centre, catch the Park & Ride bus to Meynell’s Gorse. At the terminus turn left out of the bus station and walk over a bridge and up to the traffic lights. From here follow signs for ‘RSPCA Animal Centre’. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
By Train
Woodside Animal Centre is located 4 miles from Leicester Train Station and a taxi from the station will cost approximately £12.
By Car
From the South
Take the M1 northbound to junction 21A where the road divides into two. Take the left road B5380 and follow signs to Braunstone Frith Industrial Estate and the Park and Ride. At the top of the road turn right and at the next roundabout turn right. Continue straight until you reach the lights where the animal centre is signposted to the left. Go to the top of the road and turn left and we are at the end of the road down the driveway. You are on an industrial estate and will see the gates at the bottom of the driveway. Please park in the car park at the end of the driveway through the gates.
