The Branch Manager, Mrs L Smith controls the daily operations of the Branch. The Management Committee meet on a monthly basis to oversee the activities of the Branch; to deal with any significant issues that have arisen; to set policy; and to review the financial position.
Sub-committees have been established to deal with finance; fundraising; staff development; charity shops; junior members; and the re-development of the animal centre. All decisions of the sub-committees are subject to ratification of the full Management Committee.
