Adopt an Animal

Re-homing animals is one of the main activities at Woodside. Here we have separated the animals into four categories, Dogs, Cats, Small Mammals and Birds.  By clicking on the appropriate image you will be taken to a page that will show you a selection of animals currently waiting to be adopted. At present this is only a small selection of the animals that are awaiting new homes.  If you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us at the centre.

All our animals are health checked by a vet prior to adoption.  All cats and dogs are routinely wormed and deflead on arrival and are neutered (where possible), microchipped and vaccinated before going home.  Rabbits and Ferrets are also neutered and Rabbits receive a myxomatosis vaccination.

Re-homing Guidance

Before you look for a new pet, remember that pet ownership takes time, money, commitment, patience and it  is likely to change your life completely. Some of our animals have not had the best start in life and will need an understanding owner who is prepared to dedicate the time for training in order for you to see their full  potential.  Check out RSPCA Online Animal care for more information about pet ownership to help you, before making this important decision.
