Melton Mowbray Charity Shop

About Us

Melton Mowbray Charity Shop was set up by Woodside Animal Centre as a means of generating more income for the centre. All proceeds made from the shop help to fund the centre and all of the animals we care for.

Where to Find Us

Melton Mowbray is a small historic market town which is forever growing commercially and in population. Along the high street you can find some of the oldest pubs in England, bars, restaurants and a number of boutique & high street stores. A wonderful town for locals and tourists! Woodside Animal Centre charity shop is located just metres away from the Melton Carnegie Museum. A large charity that always has fresh products and great bargains.

Our Team

As well as being greeted by the ever smiling shop Manager Angie, you’ll also be greeted by our wonderful volunteers. Our volunteers donate their time and passion into making the shop the bright and welcoming shop it is! We rely on our volunteers in order to keep our shops open and running daily, without them we wouldn’t be able to operate as we do. If you have the time to volunteer, pop in and speak to shop manager Angie or deputy manager Karen, alternatively you contact via telephone or email to enquire. We are currently looking for a lead volunteer but any amount of time you can dedicate is very much appreciated.
